Judgments
Evictions
Liens
Bankruptcies
Accounts in collections including but not limited to any utility accounts.
Two or more city violations issued by the City of DeKalb.
Criminal background (especially felonies or charges involving dishonesty, criminal damage to property, or violence).
Credit scores below 675 (A parent guarantor can be used for students not having established credit).
Total monthly household income below three times monthly rent.
